What we collect

When you use the contact or project brief forms we store the details you type: your name, email address, organisation if given, the subject, and your message. Production briefs may also include a project type, budget range, and timeline.

Our servers record ordinary technical logs, including an IP address and browser details, to keep the forms free of spam and the site running. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we keep it

So we can reply to you, keep a record of the conversation, and, if we work together, remember what you told us. Inquiry records live in our private studio console and are visible only to Cinemadio.

Video and embedded content

Films are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode and only load after you press play. Once playing, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Payments and products

Any past product orders and downloads are handled by our commerce system and its payment provider, Stripe. Card details never touch this website.

Your choices

We do not sell personal information. To see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us, write to hello@cinemadio.com and we will act on it promptly.
