Ownership
Films, photographs, writing, designs, and downloadable materials on this site are owned by Cinemadio or their respective credited owners. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce, screen, license, resell, or redistribute any of it.
Screenings, licensing, commissions
Festival screenings, footage licensing, and commissioned work are each governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer until we have agreed it in writing.
Products and orders
Any product orders and customer access remain subject to the terms presented at checkout at the time of purchase.
Credits and fair use
You are welcome to link to any page, quote short passages from the journal with attribution, and share trailers using the share tools we provide. For anything beyond ordinary personal viewing, write to hello@cinemadio.com first.
