1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cinemadio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Cinemadio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased LUTs for personal and commercial projects, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the LUTs in unlimited projects (commercial or personal)
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the LUT files with others
• You may not claim the LUTs as your own creation
• You may not include the LUTs in any template, toolkit, or bundle for resale

3. Free Downloads

Free LUTs are subject to a daily download limit (3 LUTs per email address per day). Free LUTs carry the same usage license as purchased LUTs and may not be redistributed.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

Digital products (LUTs) are delivered via email with a secure download link. It is your responsibility to download and back up your purchases. Download links remain active but we are not responsible for data loss.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical defects. We provide interactive previews to help you make informed purchase decisions. See our Refund Policy page for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All LUTs, website content, branding, and materials are owned by Cinemadio and Shameem Ahmed and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

LUTs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that LUTs will meet your specific needs or work with all footage types. Color grading results depend on source footage, camera profiles, and editing software settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cinemadio and Shameem Ahmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
