1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (LUT files) and their immediate accessibility upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Once you receive the download link and access the files, the product has been delivered and cannot be "returned."

2. Preview Before Purchase

To help you make informed purchase decisions, we provide:

  • Interactive LUT Previews: Use the slider to compare before/after effects on sample images
  • Detailed Descriptions: Each LUT includes information about its intended style and use cases
  • Free LUT Samples: Download free LUTs to test compatibility with your workflow
  • Category Tags: Browse LUTs by mood, genre, or color grade style

We strongly encourage you to preview LUTs carefully before purchasing.

3. Exceptions: Technical Issues

We will provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Corrupted Files: If the LUT file is damaged and cannot be opened in standard editing software
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a different LUT than what you purchased
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order
  • Download Link Failure: If the download link does not work and we cannot provide an alternative delivery method

To request a refund for technical issues, contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you don't want the LUT after purchase
  • Incompatible Footage: LUT results vary based on source footage, camera profiles, and color space
  • User Error: If the LUT is applied incorrectly or in software that doesn't support .cube files
  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: "I don't like the result" or "It doesn't match my expectations" (use previews to assess quality)
  • Already Downloaded: Once you've accessed the download link and retrieved the files

5. How to Request a Refund

7. Free Downloads

Free LUT downloads are provided as-is with no refund or support obligations. These are sample products intended to help you evaluate our quality before purchasing.

8. Bundle and Multi-LUT Purchases

If you purchase a bundle or multiple LUTs in a single order, refunds (if applicable) will only be issued for the entire order, not individual LUTs within the bundle.
